TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
COOP Les Scouts Du Liban – E-Commerce Platform
By placing an order through this platform, the customer fully and unconditionally accepts the following Terms and Conditions. These terms override any other customer-imposed terms unless explicitly agreed to in writing by COOP Les Scouts Du Liban.
1. Payment Terms
- All payments must be made in full and in cash at the time of pick-up, unless otherwise stated for specific orders.
- Certain orders may require advance payment, and customers will be informed accordingly.
- Payments are accepted only in USD (United States Dollars) or LBP (Lebanese Pounds).
- Orders will not be handed over unless the full amount has been paid.
2. Pickup-Only Policy
- This platform is strictly for pickup orders.
- No delivery service is offered.
- Customers are responsible for collecting their orders from the specified location.
3. Invoicing and Late Payment
- Invoices are issued at the time of pick-up or prior to order preparation when advance payment is required.
- No credit or post-pickup payment is permitted.
- Orders will not be processed or released without full payment.
4. Product Images and Pricing
- Product images shown are non-contractual and provided for illustration purposes only.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- If the order is packed before the customer’s arrival, bags and packing materials will be charged separately on the invoice.
5. Order Modification and Cancellation
- COOP Les Scouts Du Liban reserves the right to edit, cancel, or refuse any order or transaction at any time without prior notice or explanation.
6. Refund and Exchange Policy
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Exchanges are allowed within 20 days of pick-up, provided the item is unused and in new condition.
- COOP Les Scouts Du Liban reserves the right to refuse any exchange.
- In some cases, an additional penalty fee may apply for approved exchanges.
- Exchanges must be made for products of equal or greater value, with any difference covered by the customer.
- No money or credit will be given back for price differences.
7. Claims and Complaints
- Any complaint or issue must be reported by email to customer-care@coopsdl.odoo.com within 20 days of the pickup date.
- Complaints submitted after this period will not be considered.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- All transactions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon.
- In the event of any dispute, the courts of Beirut shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction.
